What happens when you call

  1. First call
    How many rooms, how many departments, which agencies you work with — a few minutes is enough. The aim is not to convince you, but to see together whether DESK fits your hotel.
  2. Demo account
    We open a demo account of your own. You sign in through a browser; nothing is installed on the front desk computer and you do not have to set aside a day for it.
  3. Trying the demo hotel
    The demo opens on a hotel whose definitions are already in place: room types, departments, agency contracts and rates are ready. You do not have to enter anything before opening a reservation, checking a guest in or posting to a folio.
  4. Decision and setup
    If you decide to go ahead, we build the hotel's definitions and open the program for use. Training is free for the first fifteen days, and support is included in the annual price afterwards.

You can reach us during business hours on weekdays. If you cannot get through by phone, leave an email and we will come back to you the same day.

Frequently asked

Is there a charge or a commitment for the demo?
No. We ask for no payment and no commitment to open a demo account, and we do not ask for a credit card either.
Do you have to come to the hotel to install it?
No. DESK runs in a browser and nothing is installed on the front desk computer. We build the hotel's definitions remotely.
Can we enter our own hotel's details in the demo?
The demo opens on a ready-made demo hotel: room types, departments, agency contracts and rates are already defined, so you can try it without any preparation. Your own hotel's definitions are built by us after you decide to go ahead.
How soon can we start using it?
Once the definitions are ready the program opens in fifteen minutes; there is no server, licence file or technical preparation to arrange.
What if we cannot reach you by phone?
