Personal data processed

Transaction security data: the IP address, date and time, requested address, response code, amount of data transferred and request duration written to the server log when you visit the site.
Contact data: the name, hotel name, telephone number, email address and message content you provide if you contact us by phone or email.

No other personal data is collected through the site: there is no form, no account, no cookie and no analytics script.

Purposes of processing

Keeping the website secure and detecting misuse
Investigating faults and errors and keeping the service running
Answering your enquiry, opening a demo account and sending a quote

Legal grounds

Server logs are processed because processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller (Law no. 6698, Art. 5/2-f).

Contact details you send us are processed because they are directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c) and for legitimate interests (Art. 5/2-f).

Method of collection

Personal data is collected electronically: server logs by automated means, contact details by non-automated means through a telephone call or an email.

Retention period

Server logs are kept for thirty days and are then deleted automatically.

Contact details you send us are kept while your request is being dealt with and for as long as the law requires; they are deleted once that purpose no longer applies.

Transfers

No data is transferred to third parties through the site: the page makes no request to any external server.

Information given in response to properly made requests from public authorities entitled to it by law is the exception.

To learn whether your personal data is being processed
To request information about it if it has been processed
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
To know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom it is transferred
To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
To request erasure or destruction within the conditions of the Law

To object to a result reached against you by analysis carried out solely by automated systems
To claim compensation if you suffer loss because the data was processed unlawfully

How to apply

To exercise these rights you may apply in writing to the address below or by email. Your application will be concluded as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
