This policy is about the flexxiyazilim.com website.
The records inside your hotel's DESK program — guest details, folios, invoices — are not the subject of this text: they are the hotel's own data and are governed by the working relationship between us.
What the site collects
There is no contact form, no account, no basket and no comment field on the site — there is nowhere for you to type your details.
The only record kept when you visit is the server log: IP address, date and time, the address requested, the response code, the amount of data transferred and how long the request took. No cookies and no analytics scripts are used.
If you get in touch
If you call or email us, we use what you send — your name, your hotel's name, your phone number, your email address and the content of your question — to answer your request.
A demo account is opened on a ready-made demo hotel: we do not ask for your hotel's own data for the demo and we do not enter it anywhere.
What it is used for
- Replying to your request, opening a demo account, sending you a quote
- Keeping the site secure and detecting misuse
- Investigating faults and errors
Who it is shared with
Nobody, through the site. There is no request from the page to any third-party server; no advertising network, analytics service or social media plugin is used.
Properly made requests from public authorities entitled to them by law are the exception.
How long it is kept
Server logs are kept for thirty days for security and fault investigation and are then deleted automatically.
Contact details you send us are kept while your request is being dealt with and for as long as the law requires.
